How do I teach?

Listed below are a few of the ways I help you to learn – whatever is needed:

• Teaching you HOW to think, not just what;
• Repeating words and or phrases;
• Reading to yourself and aloud with me;
• No books; okay, there are ebooks (electronic books and  audio books) material we (you and I) use to help you learn reading, writing, listening, understanding and speaking –  communication skills;
• NEW! I am in the process of creating written and video lessons for basic to advanced students, re-starting 26 August 2025. Have suggestions? Your input as a student is welcome and may be used in the lesson plans!
• Occasionally very light homework (seriously, very little homework) most learning is done in your classes;
• Sharing helpful links – which work on Android, iPhone and on desktop and laptop computers;
• Watching videos;
• … and more, this is just a short list!

I also have a few online classroom’s for you to learn in, complete with a whiteboard, room for one or more students, messaging and much more!

Currently there are:

• Two levels of Intermediate classes;
• Two levels of Advanced classes;
• An “Expert Level” class for those needing to communicate with native Americans professionally and conversationally. Learn direct, funny and sarcastic communication and more.

… individual and group classes are available.

If you’re in school, university or you have classes somewhere else, I will help you with your existing classes as well.

I have students who have graduated with TOEFL exams and the IELTS exam, also younger students exams.
