Gregorian is describing something; in this case like describing, Chinese New Year, or Jewish New Year.

So, since most of the world uses the Gregorian calendar… Happy Gregorian New Year!

So, why the separation? Simply put, each culture – society, created their own calendar, religion, societal rules, etc., but the “conquerors” dictate “the norms” and other things either disappear, or move to a “background” area of their lives.

… I know, that’s a bit more than an English class, but it’s something great to know.

Also, this post is to inform you about something a few of you may know about:

1. I have two website’s for P and C Advanced English. I was, and still wiil be posting grammar, expressions/idioms there, and more, but sharing them here, not just in my “social media”;

I was discussing my class structure with one of new students recently. She stated that she enjoys my classes because they’re relaxed – she can laugh, ask questions, etc., instead of being forced to behave strictly, which she stated is the typical class structure.

My emphasis is on the student learning, practicing… the student becoming her or his best!
